We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff members were very helpful and gave us valuable recommendations on what to do and where to dine. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi in the rooms worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast at the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evening.

The staff was very friendly and spokeenglish well enough. The cafe serves edible though not gourmet food. They accomodated our crazy arrival an departure times with wake up calls and taxi service. Good for a night or two for business. Very clean. Was obviously very fancy about 15 years ago, but has not been updated. Everything is in perfect condition thugh, nothing shabby at all.

Meals very good. Good exchange rate at the desk.

Did not have a iron in the rooms to do your ironing of cloths. Did not have tea and coffee making items in your room.

Walking distance to top attractions, helpful staff for recommendations, clean facilities, and convenient location for metro travel to further out areas.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my business trip, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. I also appreciated the free internet access available throughout the hotel.

The rooms were small and cramped for a business trip. the gym was inadequate and poorly maintained.

Perfect for a romantic escape! The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of cute shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was super comfy and the linens were top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings each morning.

This hotel is located in downtown, easy walking distance of central attractions. It’s close to a metro station and everything worth seeing. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, with sparkling bathrooms. the complimentary breakfast offers a wide range of options. Staff is very professional, courteous and English-speaking receptionists are very helpful. the free internet area is excellent, meeting the needs of business travelers.

Noise may be a problem in some rooms.
